TutorGallery is an educational platform focused on helping students connect with skilled tutors and quality learning opportunities. We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Care Executive to support our students, parents, and tutors with excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Assist students and tutors with account-related issues
- Provide accurate information about TutorGallery services and courses
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution
- Maintain customer records and follow-up communications
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Ability to handle customer issues patiently and professionally
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Fluent in Bangla and basic English communication
- Ability to work in a team environment
